These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", "your") and smg77 ("smg77", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://smg77.cam ("Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, logging in, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with smg77's Privacy Policy and all specific game rules published on the Platform.

This Agreement applies to all players accessing smg77 from Indonesia and any other territory where use of the Platform is not explicitly restricted by a court order or regulatory directive addressed to smg77. It is the Player's responsibility to verify that accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.

smg77 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after amendments have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. smg77 will endeavor to notify registered players of material changes via email where reasonably practicable, but publication on the Platform constitutes effective notice regardless of whether an individual notification was received.

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings assigned to them below:

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or use the smg77 Platform in any capacity. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, accessing, or using the Platform. smg77 enforces this requirement through the KYC verification process and will immediately close any Account found to be held by an underage individual, forfeiting any balance therein.

3.2 Residency. The Platform is primarily directed at residents of Indonesia. You confirm that you are a resident of Indonesia and that accessing the Platform is not prohibited by any law, regulation, or court order applicable to you in your jurisdiction. smg77 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in jurisdictions other than those where it is explicitly licensed to operate.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You confirm that you are of full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and that you are not subject to any order or condition that restricts your ability to enter into binding contracts.

3.4 Not a Compulsive Gambler. You confirm that you do not have a history of problem gambling and that you are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by smg77 or any other gaming operator. If you have previously self-excluded from the smg77 Platform, you must not attempt to re-register. Doing so constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

4.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual Player may hold exactly one (1) Account on smg77. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement. smg77 will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate any balances held therein without prior notice.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. smg77 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. smg77 strongly recommends enabling 2FA on your account. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified smg77 in writing of a suspected unauthorized access.

4.4 KYC Verification. smg77 may request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration, upon a withdrawal request, or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents typically include a valid KTP, a selfie holding the KTP, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by smg77 may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure.

4.5 Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting smg77 support. Any real-money Balance remaining at closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of KYC, provided no outstanding wagering requirements or active bonus conditions apply. smg77 reserves the right to withhold funds pending resolution of any investigation into suspected Prohibited Conduct.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. smg77 accepts deposits via the following channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp):

5.2 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. smg77 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the depositing account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Minimum Deposit. Minimum deposit amounts per transaction are published on the Platform's deposit page and are subject to change. Current minimums are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp) at the time of transaction.

5.4 Deposit Limits. smg77 permits Players to set voluntary deposit limits at the daily, weekly, or monthly level. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. A deposit limit increase takes effect after a cooling-off period of 48 hours to promote responsible gaming.

5.5 Failed or Unrecognized Deposits. If a deposit does not credit to your Balance within 60 minutes of confirmation by your bank or e-wallet provider, contact smg77 support via live chat with your transaction reference number. smg77 will investigate and credit confirmed deposits within a reasonable timeframe.

6.1 Withdrawal to Own Accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the smg77 Account. smg77 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 KYC as a Prerequisite. KYC verification must be completed in full before smg77 processes any withdrawal request. smg77 reserves the right to request additional documentation for high-value withdrawals.

6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following timeframes:

Processing times are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during system maintenance, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day), or when additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds and winnings generated from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement will result in forfeiture of any remaining Bonus Funds balance.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform. smg77 reserves the right to apply transaction limits and may process large withdrawals in staged instalments at its discretion.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions. All bonuses and promotions offered by smg77 are subject to these general conditions and any additional terms specified within the relevant promotion:

• A Player may hold only one active bonus at any time unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except where a wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.
• smg77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that modification does not prejudice Players who have already opted into the promotion on its original terms.
• Bonus offers are intended for personal recreational use. smg77 will not pay out winnings attributed to systematic or professional bonus exploitation.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x) of the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires a total of Rp 3.000.000 in eligible wagers before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are published on the relevant promotion page.

7.3 Validity Period. Bonus Funds and wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion. Upon expiry, any remaining Bonus Funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. smg77 employs detection systems to identify coordinated or systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming risk, collusion between accounts, and use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances voided and may be permanently banned from the Platform.

7.5 Welcome Bonus. The smg77 Welcome Bonus is available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit and is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Terms specific to the Welcome Bonus are published on the Platform's promotions page.

8.1 Acceptance of Wagers. smg77 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: (a) a wager exceeds the Platform's maximum stake limits; (b) smg77 has reasonable grounds to suspect the integrity of the event or market; (c) a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed; or (d) a Player's Account is under investigation for Prohibited Conduct.

8.2 Sports Betting. All sports betting markets on smg77 — including Asian handicap, over/under, correct score, first goalscorer, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) — are settled in accordance with the official result of the governing body. Full game rules for each sport are published in the Platform's Sportsbook Rules section.

8.3 Togel. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on smg77 are settled against official result publications from recognized draw operators. smg77 will publish all draw results by 23:59 WIB on the draw date. Togel game-specific rules, prize structures, and result sources are published on the Platform.

8.4 Prohibited Conduct. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potential legal action:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to fix outcomes, share hole cards, or manipulate live dealer games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies ("sharking").
• Initiating chargebacks through your bank or payment provider without first exhausting smg77's dispute resolution process.
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or KYC.
• Any form of match-fixing, including providing or receiving information known to be intended for use in fixed-odds wagering.

8.5 Responsible Gaming Compliance. smg77 will honor all self-exclusion periods requested by Players. Any Player who is subject to an active self-exclusion must not attempt to access or use the Platform during the exclusion period. smg77 is not liable for losses incurred by a self-excluded Player who circumvents exclusion controls, but will use commercially reasonable measures to enforce exclusions.

All content on the smg77 Platform — including but not limited to the smg77 name and logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of smg77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without smg77's prior written consent.

10.1 Platform Availability. smg77 endeavors to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond smg77's reasonable control.

10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, smg77 is not liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage of any kind; or (d) losses arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results that contain errors.

10.3 Cap on Direct Liability. smg77's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any single event or series of related events is limited to the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

10.4 Force Majeure. smg77 is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or financial system outages affecting Indonesian banking networks.

smg77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. The revised Agreement will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where a proposed amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, smg77 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via email to registered accounts where reasonably practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the amendment becomes effective.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which smg77 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through smg77's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of smg77's licensing jurisdiction.

smg77 operates under an international gaming license. The Platform is not licensed by any Indonesian government body, and smg77 makes no claim of authorization, approval, or endorsement by the Government of Indonesia, Bank Indonesia, Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), or any other Indonesian regulatory authority. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform complies with any applicable Indonesian laws or regulations.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or in conflict with applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
